Orbital Mining

Launched in December 2014, Orbital Mining can be considered one of TopGame’s most accomplished works, with impressive visuals and engaging gameplay making for an excellent gaming experience. With Earth’s mineral resources no longer in abundance, the most powerful countries have decided to send a team of industry experts on a mission to find celestial objects that could contain precious metals and are prepared to pay top dollar to anyone who can help them reach their goal.

Orbital Mining has a standard payline structure in place, with any group of three or more identical symbols on an active payline awarding a payout. The game’s highest-paying symbol is the only one that also awards wins for two matching icons. And while other game symbols pay left to right, Scatter pays anywhere.

The Space Guardian is Wild here, and its only role is to substitute for non-Scatter icons and complete winning combinations where possible. And while Wild does not offer payouts on its own, Scatter not only pays up to 100x total bet in groups of two or more, but also triggers the thoroughly impressive bonus round.

The game supports a wide array of wagering options and clearly caters for different types of casino gamers, with nine coin denominations available in total. It is fair to say that base line payouts, that is the values displayed in the paytable, are far from impressive, but this only means that you will have access to smaller wins more frequently. Four female soldiers and their leader have been elected to represent the high symbols, while low icons are depicted as different minerals with atomic numbers from the periodic table of elements. The Space Guardian and Atomic Scatter complete the list, acting as the two special symbols.
